Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your email mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your email boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
